I go to Sugaring NYC a few times a year, and book for a SUGAR Brazilian and chin. On Monday, I had a service with someone I've never had before. Due to notes from my last visit, this young lady said it would be better to use hard WAX my chin. I expressed some apprehension about the wax, and ultimately I should have held firm to my boundary. During my service, the wax was uncomfortably hot, which I told my service provider. It ended up burning my chin. Rest of the service was satisfactory.
My tech was nice overall but how am I gonna pay >$200 for you to take the hair off my body and still have half the hair on my body, and then also act annoyed when I point out that there’s still hair that you missed. There was still clearly hair on my arms but she only took the hair off at the exact place that I pointed. I didn’t even look at my legs until after I left, SO much hair still are you serious
The young lady that worked on me did a wonderful job. Very pleasant. I have rebooked for my next appointment.
