This was my 1st time getting professionally sugared and I am SO glad I had Kerri. She was kind and welcoming and made me feel at ease. Even more importantly, she is INCREDIBLY skilled at what she does. She even magically managed to get all the hairs off my chinny chin chin (an astounding feat, those mugs are stubborn...). The shop is super cute and if the other sugaristas are as talented and courteous as Kerri then rest assured that at Sugaring NYC, you're always in good hands.
Absolutely 5 stars for Kerri! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was a little nervous going in, but she instantly made me feel super comfortable. She's warm, professional, and clearly knows her stuff. Her sugaring technique is on point—WAY less painful than I expected. You can tell she’s experienced because it was quick, smooth (literally), and surprisingly easy. Highly recommend booking with her if you're even a little sugar-curious!
Worst experience ever!!! I had my first ever Brazilian wax here and obviously I understand the first time is going to be painful. But if you explain to your waxer that it’s your first time you’d think they would be a bit more understanding-WRONG! She wasn’t at all! In no way shape or form was she being patient. She wasn’t even answering questions I would ask, just blatantly ignored me. I stopped the service not due to the pain but how uncomfortable she made me. I do NOT recommend.
