So after lots of hesitation I finally did it! After reading the great reviews for Kathryn I stopped into the Richmond location to make an appointment and just my luck, she was at the front desk. I guess no more hesitation now, how bad can it be. Kathryn explained the process as she worked and gave me a countdown before removing the hairs from my skin. Went for my 2nd Brazilian sugaring session (first in the Richmond location) and Kathryn was nothing short of amazing!! Sweet, gentle, even offered me water and a blanket as well as numbing cream!! She also engaged in small talk throughout the entire session to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. My previous sugarista at a diff location didn’t even offer me water nor a blanket and I wasn’t aware they offered numbing creams for an extra cost.
