First time sugaring and it was the greatest most pleasant and quick experience!!!! All I can say is YADA YADA YADA!!! No really... that's her name! She is the sugarista that makes you feel welcomed, comfortable and ensures you are aware of everything she is doing. We laughed, smiled and talked through the whole process. She's very down to earth but still yet maintains the professional demeanor any customer could ask for! I now have a membership and will be back to see her monthly. Good job Sugaring NYC!
I originally rated this place 5 stars because it started out great, but it quickly declined to a 0-star experience. The staff turnover here is incredibly high. I saw three different "sugaristas" during my short time as a client, and only one (Savannah) was actually skilled. My final session was scheduled with their supposedly "most popular" technician, and she did a horrible job. I am happy I went with Cloe for my first sugar wax. She was quick and efficient. She also has good vibes! You won’t be disappointed in this location if your choose her!
Sandra was my Sugarista and she was phenomenal! I went for the first time today and was pretty nervous about it, but Sandra immediately put my mind at ease and made me feel completely comfortable. She explained everything to me and was very gentle. She also talked to me the whole time which kept me distracted from the pain.
