I have never left a negative review for an establishment before, but I had an extremely unprofessional experience here today that left me shaking and in tears. I’m about two months late with this review, but my experience with Hope was so amazing that I couldn’t let it go without giving her the recognition she deserves! First of all, I was running late, rushing from work to get to my appointment. I called the center and was told it would be fine since I would be no more than 10 minutes late. I visited NYC sugaring in Chicago a few weeks ago. My service provider was ULY! I seen a few of her TikTok videos before scheduling with her and I fell in love with her personality through a screen. But in reality she is just that sweet, has a warm presence, knowledgeable at what she does, concerned about her clients needs and wants. Overall Uly is a talented black queen that will have you leaving your appointment feeling like that GURL!

I’m not happy with this place at all. I had an appointment here that I did come 10mins late for and although the front desk girl was nice I was not happy with the technician who greeted me. I understand being late but she was rude and did not make me feel welcome. I won’t be returning to this location. They also said management would call to resolve my issue and I did not recieve a call.
