Ulyssa is quite perfectly the BEST …..I have been to three NYC SUGARING STORES in CHICAGO and one in MICHIGAN. I would follow this woman anywhere . Her service is quick and painless, professional and gentle and her attitude, pride and care are off the charts ! No wonder she’s always full with appointments ! She is a professional with purpose and knows how to be genuine and kind . You have a GEM in her and that positive attitude , a bonus .

On top of being very supportive and comforting during the sugaring process (which can be a little painful), she is really good at what she does/makes it as seamless as possible, and super fun to talk to. I genuinely look forward to seeing Hope because she's all that.
