I guess they have a new policy for a cancelation and they don’t tell their customers that when they book their appointment. And their cancelation fee costed $50 when the service I would have paid for is $75 normally I wouldn’t be upset about a cancelation policy especially one of reasonable price such as $10-$15 maybe even $20 with paying for the hourly rate of an employee but there was little communication on this policy chance and they prior to this appointment would send a text a week before your appointment to remind you... read more

My first experience with sugaring NYC was absolutely the best! Grace made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything. She is definitely a perfectionist! She made sure I left the extra smooth! So sweet and professional. They have gained a new customer! Oh yea, such a clean atmosphere. And the studio is beautiful. Love the music, Aesthetics and the vibes!
They are so good at what they do and make you feel so comfortable during the process. Landi was phenomenal, and I will definitely be coming back!!
