I’ve been a regular customer for almost a year, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. I had a bad waxing service and called to give feedback. The manager was understanding and rescheduled me for a redo at the West Linn location with the lead aesthetician. Update: 9/22/2025: First time with Sofia. She was great!!! Update 8/3/2025: I've been seeing Olivia for almost a year! She's the best!! Y'all should try her! Update 9/20/2024: First time with Olivia. I went as a walk in and Andrea helped me! she talked me through the process and aftercare and we had the best conversation! this is my second time going back and honestly i’ll keep going because it’s so clean and friendly there
