this was a go-to spot for my waxing and today out of all days (a day before my trip) i get highly disappointed. these folks rescheduled my appointment WITHOUT calling to ASK and confirm. when i get there the door is locked with the lights on. i call a few times and there is no answer. wth??
Walked in at 6:45 there was nobody working the front desk I stood there 15 minutes for the lady to come out and tell me they are closed at 7pm when the website says they close at 8pm. The lady was extremely rude wouldn’t recommend this location! Have never experienced anything like this at any other location.
AJewel is no nice and great. Place is always clean. Worth going to!!!

Great first experience with SugaringNYC-Germantown Parkway all the way from the front desk to the esthetician! Vee was amazing and very informative throughout the whole process. I was so impressed that I bought a package. Try them out, you won’t regret it! 10/10 Recommend!
