The studio was clean and the staff was nice. After reading the reviews, I was expecting an amazing experience. Unfortunately, I would say the experience was just fine. Also, there is a fee for paying with credit card, which absolutely should be disclosed when booking an appt. Its common retail practice for businesses to cover credit card fees and an extra $10 is ridiculous on top of a $200+ cost. I’ve been going here with Sophia for nearly 3 years; she is a true professional and an expert at any and all services I’ve done. I’ve had sugar Brazilian and eyebrows with minimal pain or adverse skin reactions. I also did my first lash lift (and 3 more now) with Sophia and was so impressed with the results! She took the time to talk me through the process and advise on post-service care to elongate the lift. If you’re looking for a top tier spot in seattle, I couldn’t recommend this spot more!
I've been going to this location for almost two years now after my previous sugarista stepped away from the business for personal reasons. I had considered going back to Sugar Plum but based on things I've heard about how they are treated there, I didn't want to give them my money again. I don’t often write reviews, but I was incredibly impressed with how professional Sophia was. This was my first time getting a service and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I can tell she listens carefully, because at the end of the service, she gave me catered suggestions based on my hair-type. Will be looking forward to another booking!
I came in for natural-looking eyelash extensions and Alanna absolutely nailed the look (I could totally pretend they were just a genetic gift if I wanted to incite jealousy amongst my peers). 10/10 would suffer through the 3-hour application process again
