This location is a dream. Super clean, always friendly staff, and they do everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Scheduling is a breeze online, and I never have to wait when I make an appointment. Sugaring is a great alternative to waxing and Im glad I found Sugaring NYC Birmingham! Shout out to Monet who kindly rescheduled me after I misread my appointment time, and got me in and out in 30 minutes!
Studio is super clean and beautiful. Monet was very friendly and welcoming and provided exceptional service.
I had a great experience. The studio is super clean and tidy, Melinda was so kind and professional, I walked in without an appointment since I was in a hurry and was close by, Melinda did her best to welcome me. Had a very pleasant conversation with her during the sugaring session. A very special thanks to Melinda for the pleasant experience, it was one of the best experiences I had in waxing studios. I totally recommend them.
I had my first bikini wax today and it was such a great experience! I was honestly a little nervous going in, but Jade immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. From the moment she greeted me throughout the entire experience she was so friendly, professional, and talked to me like a friend, which really helped calm my nerves. The space was clean and welcoming, and the whole process was much smoother than I expected. I’m so glad I decided to come here and will definitely be returning.
