I went to European Wax Center for my first ever Brazilian Wax and left very unhappy. It was rough, super painful, and I had bumps for days after. I was searching for somewhere else that wasn’t a big chain, and ended up booking with Nelly. She’s amazing - I felt SO comfortable with her, she’s sweet and cares so much about ensuring she does a pristine job.
