This was my first time here and it will definitely not be my last! Ifrah was absolutely amazing and walked me through everything she did as she waxed. She made the environment comfortable and welcoming. The waxing was less painful than I’ve had at other places, which was great. The place itself is very clean and has a beautiful aesthetic.
I had such a great experience with Ifrah for my Brazilian wax. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very skilled at what she does. After having a bad experience at a different waxing business, I was a little nervous to book anywhere again. However, Ifrah made my experience so comfortable and made sure to check in with me throughout the appointment. She is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the process. I left my appointment feeling very happy and confident!
Absolutely unacceptable. I was charged upfront for a service I never received, which is already a huge red flag. Then I was told a refund was issued when it absolutely was not. I confirmed this directly with my bank. This business took my money and kept it. There was zero accountability, zero professionalism, and no effort to make things right. This feels dishonest and predatory. Do not give this place your money.
Ifrah is amazing. Super friendly and always makes me feel comfortable! She accommodated a last min appointment for my wedding and was so flexible. Will continue to come here!
