Absolutely unacceptable. I was charged upfront for a service I never received, which is already a huge red flag. Then I was told a refund was issued when it absolutely was not. I confirmed this directly with my bank. This business took my money and kept it. There was zero accountability, zero professionalism, and no effort to make things right. This feels dishonest and predatory. Do not give this place your money.
