RecommendedI just had my color/ cut/ blow out done at the Sugar House Day Spa and Salon. Not only does my hair look amazing but I felt very safe and protected from the corona virus. Everyone wears masks,( clients and staff, ) there was hand sanitizer gel, screens, the staff was wiping down chairs and surfaces constantly , down to even the pens with which you sign your signature. They tried to STEAL money from my sister. Very dishonest and only out to make as much money as possible!!! I was talking with management about fixing my highlights. I got a second opinion about the services I had done on my hair and they recommended that I return to the salon and see if they could fix it. I called Sugar House and one of the managers insisted that I come in and have another one of their staff see what they can do. I paid $355 for the first step into blonde and a haircut. I've been a client of Sugar House day Spa for three years. I won't let anyone but Mikela cut my hair. I can't wait to see what she does after I spent the past year letting it grow. Once everything opens up again.
For my birthday I decided to treat myself. The lady who walked me thru choosing my services by phone was very patient and choose exactly what I needed. When i arrived everyone was professional made me feel very comfortable. It was busy but not alot of noise. The ladies in the changing room were so sweet and professional. They keep you moving with out feeling rushed. The massage was relaxing with Monica and my facial with Brenda was perfect.
