I've been there twice. The first time was to pick up a tool. Quick transaction. The second time I went was for a specific yarn. There were 4 women excitedly unpacking a shipment which contained the yarn I was hoping to find. I was told I couldn't purchase it because it hadn't been put in the system yet. I asked about another yarn and, without even looking up from her work, a store employee waved her arm and said, "It's probably back there." Not the warm and friendly atmosphere I was hoping to find in a local yarn shop.
After three and a half hours without a return call, I called again. The woman was terse - not the way to get new customers.
