greatest sushi place ever!! – The venue is nice and the atmosphere is great. The waitresses are very helpful and sweet. I ordered the trust me and it was AMAZING!!!! The seaweed was so fresh and crunchy and the sauces so light and flavorful! Great place.
Good quality fish, but very limited menu. Sugarfish is basically Sushi Nozawa in Studio City but with a much nicer dining room and a more touristy location by 3rd Street Promenade. Overall Sushi Nozawa has made its name with a very picky chef who likes to serve is sushi in a very specific way. That specific way seem to involve good quality fish, very loosely packed rice (good luck picking it up in one piece), and "special sauce" that he adds to every piece so you're not supposed to ruin it by dipping it in soy.
