Ordered the half rack dinner which came with two sides and I ordered an extra side. Rubs were fall off the bone and seasoned ok. Could be a little better on seasoning. A selection of bbq sauces is available. My friend ordered two meat platter with brisket and ribs. Brisket was super tender but his ribs had some dried out portions that had been on the heat too long but were still good. The 8-piece hush puppies with spicy jelly were fantastic!
