So good, the cornbread is amazing too! Meat was smoked perfectly, taste and quantity is worth what you pay. Must stop by if in downtown STL
Terrible BBQ. The jalapeño cheese sausage was decent but that’s about it. Burnt ends are hard as a rock… super dry. Pulled pork is dry and looks like it’s been sitting around all day, ribs don’t even taste like they were ever smoked, and brisket is mushy. The sauces are decent but we don’t grade BBQ by sauce where I’m from. I do like the BBQ beans though. Van driver ranted and raved about this place. They did not have any ribs, which resulted in me having to get single bones and made the cost more expensive. The Ribs given to me were over cooked and didn't taste well. The beef brisket was pretty good and so was the pulled pork. Ordered potato salad, Coleslaw, baked beans, collard greens and French fries. I traveled from Cincinnati to try a St Louis barbecue experience, but it was a negative one.
