It was pretty tasty if I do say so, myself. Beef brisket is to die for, baby back ribs killer, and I am officially out on pulled pork. This has nothing to do with Spitfire but I think pulled pork is overrated. That's my hot take. Beer selection wasn't anything to write home about. Smoked salmon is a new thing to me. I didn't try that or the turkey but I am fixing to smoke some today.
OK, I had written a review that honestly wasn’t horrible but I had to change it after I tasted my son’s food. So we went to Sugar Fire and Darden Prairie around 755. After ordering our food realize that they had packed away pretty much everything on the tables as well as the bar area, where most of the condiments and things are. I have been going here due to convience. After 4 consecutive tries at the brisket and finding it was very dry and tasteless each time, I thought I would give up on that and try the pulled pork. Same result, very dry and tasteless. Sides have been good.
I have went there twice and every time we go there the meat is dry. Taste like it’s been sitting in the warmer for days. Said something last time I went in and gave him a second try The guy cutting the meat, I’ll open up a new one and start cutting on it. The turkey I got was dry almost like beef jerky and the beef brisket was full of fat barely any meat dry also.
