Mixed experiences. I go just because it's really close, burgers are sometimes good and sometimes dry. Fries are almost always burnt. Brisket lacks flavor, really needs the sauce with it, and it wasn't even sliced this time.
First time at any Sugarfire location. This location knocked it out of the park with there service. Julie in particular was super helpful and answered all my questions very well and made me feel welcome. The athmosphere is great, and the food was even better. I got the fired pickles and they were thick! Paired with the ranch they were excellent 10/10. Main fish was the brisket dip sandwich and it was very good, especially dipped in the au jus. Sugarfire on Bryan rd has a well traoned staff. Sugarfires food is always prepared with care, but this Sugarfire takes the tome to train thier staff. Good job Sugarfire management!
Jordan was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind on the phone when she was educating me on what items are gluten free. She deserves a raise!
