I placed an online order through their website and never received my food. No one contacted me and I had to call to find out they weren’t bringing it. Extremely poor customer service.
I was here yesterday 3/7/25 I will say the food was really good but for my first time here the customer service was terrible everyone was just dry not one person greeted me or said hello can I help you which is sad for a business!!!!!
Exactly what I needed after a 10 hour drive, put me right into a food coma. The cornbread and butter was to die for.
Love the food here and will remove this review once the error is fixed. Ordered $107 worth of food on Feb 12 2025 online. Received an email showing accepted and charge on my card. Drove to O'Fallon IL branch to find a cardboard sign on the door that said closed due to weather. Every other restaurant in the area was open. So yeah 1 star till this is made right. Update 17 Feb. Card was refunded a few days later. Zero attempt to contact me to apologize for the inconvenience.
