I went for my first appointment during the holidays, they were booked but the owner said the receptionist was trained to do a lash lift so she assured me and I believed her. My lashes ended up burnt at the tips and one eye over curled into my eyelid and the other eye’s lashes were so toasted they were straight stubs.
