I’ve been getting lash lifts for a few years and this is one of the few times I’ve tried somewhere new. Gigi was the sweetest, but this is by far the worst lash lift I’ve ever gotten. Immediately after, the lift was fine, although not great, but the ends of my lashes looked thin and wispy. The next day, my lashes were all in completely different directions and the wispiness only got worse.

I went for my first appointment during the holidays, they were booked but the owner said the receptionist was trained to do a lash lift so she assured me and I believed her. My lashes ended up burnt at the tips and one eye over curled into my eyelid and the other eye’s lashes were so toasted they were straight stubs. I called and they said to come back and they would re-do but I was so upset about my burnt eyelashes I didn’t return. I’ve now for 2 months been trying to repair and grow them.
