I went for my first appointment during the holidays, they were booked but the owner said the receptionist was trained to do a lash lift so she assured me and I believed her. My lashes ended up burnt at the tips and one eye over curled into my eyelid and the other eye’s lashes were so toasted they were straight stubs. Best sugaring ever!! The owner is so nice and made my first time Brazilian sugaring so comfortable and easy. The staff is so kind and respectful. I can't wait to keep coming back!!

Loved my first experience here with Danielle. However, the second time I tried to book ended up being completely TERRIBLE due to the customer service provided by one of the members here that was working around 4pm on Thursday 5/16. Understanding that I made two rescheduled appointments and tried my best, but wasn't able to make either one due to the passing of my grandmother was frustrating.
