The girl working the counter said they were closed and refused to serve us even though their hours on the door said they were open until 9:30pm and we arrived at 9:12pm. Very disappointing!
Been here twice…says they are open and door is locked…don’t understand
We had a great experience at Sugard Up Dest Studios! My three kids had an amazing time at the location. We enjoyed two cookies & cream ice creams and one strawberry—everything was delicious. The cookies looked incredible too, and we’ll definitely be trying those next time. What really stood out was the space itself—it looks like an awesome place to host a birthday party. Fun atmosphere, great treats, and very kid-friendly. We’ll be back!
I found mold in my cookie, this place should be re-named molded up!
