I recently started sugar waxing, I had an appointment with Caitlin and was incredibly impressed with both the service and the results. The space was clean, welcoming, and relaxing — exactly what you want when you're getting waxed! Caitlin is professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained the process and worked efficiently without rushing. My skin feels smooth, and the results are lasting beautifully. I got a Brazilian wax for the first time ever and my experience was great. It was comfortable and Caitlin really helps to ease the anxiety. The pain was minimal and I’ll definitely be going back to maintain!! In fact I even referred Flawless to my wife for her legs.

I saw Caitlin recently for my first ever sugaring/wax. She made the experience extremely comfortable and the pain was minimal as could be. I have already booked my maintenance sugaring. Fantastic finished product and zero awkward vibes!! Definitely I would recommend Flawless and Caitlin to whoever asked. 🙂

My first sugar experience was really good thanks to Caitlin. She genuinely put me at ease and was fast. This was less painful than waxing. I will be back!
