I had such a wonderful experience with Tamara! I was running late to my appointment, but she was incredibly understanding and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her calming presence made the whole experience feel comfortable and not at all awkward. The puppies were an added bonus!
Darian is probably one of my favourite people in the world, shes so so sweet, kind, gentle, and makes everything so comfortable. She's so thorough and never ever rushes! A+++, 10000/10

I have been coming to Sugar'd Abbotsford for over 14 years and have always been happy with the service and treatment there - until now. This new ownership and staff do not have customer service as a priority. 1st was an aggressive sugarista, who ended up tearing my skin without apology, switched to new girl- was going alright. My last visit was short notice rescheduled by the tech as she was ill ( who later confessed it was actually her period that kept her from work ) and as I was 4 mins late for my rescheduled appointment ... read more
