Horrible experience.. upon arrival I was impressed by their building but they would make better butchers than vets in my opinion. I typically think of vets as caring and compassionate towards animals and their primary caretakers however not only did they seem insensitive and uninterested in my dogs care they were uninterested in follow up and had no remorse for over charging me nearly a thousand dollars over 2 visits only to make my dog sick with their pills. When I picked my puppy up from spending approximately 6 hours in observation at Sugarcreek Veterinary Clinic he was covered in his own urine and caked dried vomit. He smelled like vomit so strongly I could smell him many feet away. My reasonable conclusion is that he was left to sit unattended for long periods of time and not cleaned up after when he vomited or urinated.
