Went into sugar creek to get a deep cleaning done. The dentist told me if I was having any discomfort to raise my hand. I raised my had 4 to 5 times. He told me your doing fine. Then about the 5th time he stood up said refer her she is moving to much and walked out of the room. I cant even explain the feeling I felt when he did that. I went straight to ocean dental and they got me set up to come in for a consultation. I wish I could give negative stars.
Worst dentist office 8n Enid I got dentures a year ago and was told to come back for them to realign them so I called today and they won't do it saying insurance don't cover it any longer they lied when pulling the teeth saying they'd give pain pills they won't then when you call to complain you hurt they won't answer their phones Enid Oklahoma go anywhere but here!!!!!!!
We were 5 min late after calling and being on hold for 10 min to let them know we'd be a little late due to unforseen traffic and construction and all we get is a rude unprofessional blonde saying they can't do anything, yet we would still have to sit and fill out paperwork in the lobby before even being seen? Lady said "We are a very busy practition" yet empty lobby and parking lot. Horrible experience. Just rude and not understanding.
Amazing people! Made me feel at such ease and answered all my questions! Didn’t force unwanted procedures on me and completely professional! I’ll have to go here from now on!
