I truly love the salon itself! I love that they have a reward system for their clients definitely is a plus as so many salons don’t offer this. I see allot of reviews speak on the salon wait time, but truly yes they do have some wait but it’s because the nail technicians don’t rush their clients or the work. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was so disappointing that I feel like people should know what to expect before spending their time and money. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication. I was told there were three people ahead of me, which was fine I understood there would be a wait. i had an appointment for 5:30, i arrived at 5:13 and wasn't seen until 6:30. and now less than a week later, the gel polish is lifting and cracking off. edit: the owner contacted me after my first review and offered me a new manicure. i really appreciated the customer service and my nails came our way cuter the second time!
