I am very disappointed in my experience today. I went into the store for a hard gell fill. I tried to make an appointment. However, the site was down. The person working on lashes was very polite and let me into the store. I was quoted 15 mins for my services, but after an hour of waiting and no one checking on me, I left. I would have left sooner, but I had to ask for the door to be unlocked. This experience didn't live up to my previous experience here. And I will not be returning to this location.
