I met Chef Charlotte on a 2 hour flight, She was SO passionate about her craft, supporting her community and making the world a better place. I have order several types of cookies and a lemon/blueberry cake to give as corporate gifts... the cake and Oatmeal raisins were delicious but, the chocolate chip cookies were so freaking Amazing! The cookie had a soft texture and it was really good but the cupcake was overly dry with a crumbly consistency that made it difficult to enjoy.
