Sugarbush Manor is now has NEW OWNERS hallelujah! I had been very disgruntled with prior Management and staff. After meeting with current management, I am ecstatic to report that I am very hopeful and optimistic that positive change is on the way. My mother was neglected- by Owner-Physican -The staff- the State investigators, residents are starved,not given adequat food no substitutions no snacks,no recreation yet lies..that they pay for services and food never provided.They document false care- food served-Over medicated residents Good staff quit or get fired.My mothers guardian was a business partner,in 3 years my mom went from self care at her home w aide to this home left by a manager who knowing killed other residents by neglect found her immovable overmedicated ... read more

Horrible place horrible management and owner they are very rude my daughter was an employee there and was assaulted by another employee while the residents was present in the home the staff continue to let the assaulter work there the residents is in danger
