A must stop for visitors and locals, alike. Sugarbush Hill is about as authentic as you could want for a maple sugar bush experience. The folks who run it are friendly and welcoming, with a wealth of knowledge about the history and process of making maple syrup. It's worth going anytime, but especially so when tours are open. Be sure to walk away with a sweet treat, you won't regret it.
We went to the presentation and Tom was super nice and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the beginnings of maple syrup and how it gets produced nowadays. The maple syrup is delicious and the walking trail was very enjoyable. The visit to Sugarbush Hill has really been a highlight on our trans Canada trip. Came to try their creemee maple ice cream. Worthy of the trip! The grounds are beautiful and the walk on the trails to see the maple syrup is really neat! Recommend it!
