Thank you to Miss Teresa, the X-ray tech, and the orthodontist for being… amazing My daughter was very nervous and in tears about getting her X-rays she was overall scared and was feeling claustrophobic. Miss Teresa was kind and patient, staying with her and holding her leg so she wouldn’t feel alone during the x- ray process, her touch made my daughter feel as if she wasn’t alone while getting the x-ray. I used to love bringing my kids here but not any more due to the longer wait times we have been experiencing. For example today, we checked in at the times they told us to and just to wait 30+ minutes in the lobby just becausethey didn'thave a room available......their wait times have gotten so bad now.
This is such a great place. The staff is friendly and helpful. They’re on point when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene of the area and tools. Their customer service is always available and ready with a doctors note for my child. The entire visit from In and out goes extremely smooth. The doctors explain with details on each visit and I never leave confused or overwhelmed.
