I used to love bringing my kids here but not any more due to the longer wait times we have been experiencing. For example today, we checked in at the times they told us to and just to wait 30+ minutes in the lobby just becausethey didn'thave a room available......their wait times have gotten so bad now.
This is such a great place. The staff is friendly and helpful. They’re on point when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene of the area and tools. Their customer service is always available and ready with a doctors note for my child. The entire visit from In and out goes extremely smooth. The doctors explain with details on each visit and I never leave confused or overwhelmed.
Dr. Kevor and the receptionist Luis are extremely unprofessional. My daughter got a appointment at 12 pm and because 12:20 I ask Luis how long more it will take. He took a bad attitude and told me that if I want to reschedule I could do it. Dr. Kevor came out and told me that the patient behind my daughter was taking her more time to do everything, then she pointed to the patients mother and told me her mother is there.
