i love the store, they have such cute jellycats, but they don't offer as much as they used to a few years ago. now they just have more Jellycat for babies, wish they had a wide variety like they used to

3 workers by the register… no one doing their job. Three people in line.. I watched them go back and forth (from across the register) talking to one another on their headsets. No eye contact when the girl finally rang me up; assumed I knew she was talking to me. Got upset when I wanted my receipt. Just ridiculous. Almost walked out without items just bc it was taking so long. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the store has cute stuff.
We ABSOLUTELY are OBSESSED with this boutique!!! It’s the perfect place to find really organic and bohemian decor while humming along to the music and imagining what pieces you just can’t live without…lol
I really used to love this place but they've allowed the fame to go to their heads with products. Theyve increased their prices to a ridiculous level. Ive wanted to buy so many things here until I look at the tag. Like WHAT? Pass. They aren't as good as they used to be.
