Absolutely horrified what happened, they said the wax wasnt heating up but was ripping me apart anyway. Why would you do this to someone. I had the first appointment on a Sunday and the girl must have been late to work because the wax was not warmed up and she kept saying its not warmed up yet and was using it anyways. Took so long and she hurt me.. I wanted to walk out mid session but had no idea what to do. I've had many sugar waxes before and this was horrific. Why would anyone think that's ok...
Absolutely love the staff and services at Sugar Sugar! They are all so knowledgable, fun, and most of all, do good work! Prices are fair for such a cool and healthy technique for hair removal. Love they have multiple ways to save money and try new services! Big plus, they’re cruelty free! Can’t wait for my next appointment <3
