The overall quality of the service was decent although they really tried to upsell me on products almost immediately during my waxing. I didn’t appreciate the sales pitch throughout my waxing. Overall I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Fantastic place, with wonderful staff - I always get sugared (duh) and my lashes dyed here.
Kim is amazing!! She is so kind and talked me through my first sugaring experience. She was very informative and thorough. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back
I got a last minute appointment (within 24 hours) with Emily and she was amazing! I had a little trouble figuring out the website and didn't get a notification with information on how to get in, but the staff let me in, checked me in promptly, and started my appointment promptly as well. Emily was incredibly kind and experienced, and she did an excellent job with my brows. She made the appointment fly by and I was very happy with the results.
