So far Sugar street has been easy to work with and exceeds my expectations! I would recommend them for your storage needs
Amber at the front desk is very kind and helpful. Not happy about our experience with our indoor unit. Paid extra for the indoor unit to protect our stuff from critters and other issues but found mouse droppings on our stuff everywhere. Not good. Working on a resolution but haven’t heard back from management yet…
We absolutely loved our experience with Sugar Street Storage. We had a piano and some valuable paintings we needed to store in a safe climate controlled unit while we built our new home. When we returned two years later all of our things were in perfect order. Thank you so much
The office team is so easy to work with and is always available to answer my questions. It's nice to have someone picking up when I call too!
