Dirty tables. Poor service. Plastic utensils and plates. Average food. Unappealing dining area and food presentation. I make better at home.
A group of 3 women excited for coffee and breakfast was treated dismissively and unkindly by the young woman working the counter. Ok. We still tipped on our orders. After waiting for just the coffee for 10 minutes it finally comes out and we were rudely told to pour our own. Upon pouring the coffee we see it full of grounds. Surprised, we commented about the grounds. We were ultimately ridiculed by the worker, saying loudly to customers and kitchen crew there are “grown ass women complaining about grounds in the coffee”…she ... read more
I hope I don't sound like my parents with this review. Walked in (8 of us) and started ordering at 10 am. We just ordered breakfast sandwiches, bowls, and pancakes. Nothing that complicated. Food came out 1 at a time with the last meal served at 11:20! Food was not good either. Bathroom was disgusting. Upset I can't get those 90 minutes back. The only positive is that I believe I spotted Zor Outdoors who appears to been in Hermann that day.
we went there last weekend girl working must be having a bad day i wanted biscuits n gravy....no biscuits,, so I had a blt hubby had omlette, no flavor I also ordered a pastry. she forgot she brought our food out, and told us she was closing in 10 min!!! We just looked at her but she said we had time to eat. It was not closing time. She was emptying the garbage, I asked about my pastry, she said sorry, brought it right out there was no wax paper around it like to pick it out of the case, or napkin!
