I cancelled my appointment multiple days in advance and was not refunded my deposit. I’ve reached out 3 times to inquire about receiving my deposit back and no response (when she was previously replying). It’s been over a month. The deposit amount wasn’t huge but it’s the principal of essentially stealing money that’s unprofessional.
I had a wonderful experience today for my first time at Sugar & Skin with Mayra! First off, I am so impressed that this young girl in her late twenties started her own business and is so successful! She was professional, a pleasure to talk to and I actually enjoyed my treatment and that's saying a lot for a Brazilian Sugaring! No pain at all and does excellent work! Reasonable prices too which is always an added bonus! Love supporting small business owners!
Mayra is amazing! I’ve been coming back to this place for months now, my go to place for sugaring. Very accommodating and comfortable atmosphere. She’s knowledgable and professional with what she does. She’s passionate and listens to you and has the lightest hands, so less pain! I highly recommend Mayra!
