This company fraudulently charged my credit without disclosing they had captured my credit card information for an appointment and after I had attempted to cancel my appointment several times 5 days before the appointment through the email then sent to me and a broken cancellation system.

Moved to Seattle last week and needed a new hair stylist, I made an appointment with Kat and she was incredible. Extremely welcoming, respectful, kind, fun to chat with, and great at what she does. Shelby did an amazing job on my hair! She had great communication skills and was very friendly. Will definitely come back! Edit: had a haircut with Kat and also had a great haircut! She was super friendly and made sure to check in multiple times to ask if the haircut was matching what I wanted.
