After having long hair for 3-4 years, I got absolutely sick of it and called on a Monday evening to see if they had any slots left. Kat F. answered the call and got me booked in at 7:00pm! I presented Kat with a few pictures and my haircut came out exactly how I wanted it to! A drink was provided, the conversation was great, the head massage was a lovely part of the hair-washing portion, and I highly recommend Sugar & Shears for anyone who needs a haircut! Before and after included in the pictures!

This company fraudulently charged my credit without disclosing they had captured my credit card information for an appointment and after I had attempted to cancel my appointment several times 5 days before the appointment through the email then sent to me and a broken cancellation system.

Moved to Seattle last week and needed a new hair stylist, I made an appointment with Kat and she was incredible. Extremely welcoming, respectful, kind, fun to chat with, and great at what she does. I told her to do whatever she thought would look best and she didn’t disappoint! Thank you Kat and S&S :)
