My friend and I were visiting Seattle from out of town and got a signature facial, conditioning treatment & blowout. Kelsy and Juliet were fantastic! The space is super cute and we left looking and feeling amazing. HIGHLY recommend!!
I love Sugar and Shears! Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. I recently got a haircut with Juliet, and absolutely loved it! I felt super confident leaving the salon and instantly scheduled another one for a few months later, just in time for my birthday. I have also gotten quite a few services done with Kameron, who was very gentle and made me feel relaxed. I love this salon and will continue coming here!

Hands-down, the worst salon I've ever been to. It took months for a stylist to get my color right, requiring multiple visits and my time when I'm very busy. It's colder than a morgue in there, you need to wear a sweater or a coat while getting any sort of hair treatment. The stylist stained my clothing as well. Some of the stylists are so loud that I've had to use noise canceling headphones. Overall, a miserable experience. Stylists don't take direction so requires multiple visits and my money. Sugar and Shears has by far been my best salon experience to date- the salon itself has kept me coming back for almost two years with the kindness and professionalism of the staff as a whole. Everyone is warm and kind, and everyone goes above and beyond to make your experience as wonderful as possible (and they have complimentary drinks???)
