So far, I’ve gotten a brow lamination and a facial done here, and I’ve left SO pleased. Now I’m scheming on other services, too! I’m even booking my mom for a brow appointment of her own this weekend. :) Big thank you to the folks here!!!

I'm here to shout out my new pal Shayla! I have naturally thin hair and have always been curious about extensions. I booked a consultation with Sugar & Shears on a whim after learning they do halo band fittings, which I was tentatively considering for my wedding. I ended up working with Shayla, who was incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me try on a halo band and also walked me through other extension options I was curious about. I booked "The Marilyn" for my graduation photos, which is advertised as a signature blowout. Instead of using a round brush to smooth my hair, the stylist used a curling iron and pins. The curls started falling out immediately, and after just a three-block walk in the wind, my hair was completely ruined. It became puffy and so tangled from an excessive amount of hairspray that I had to wash it all out and restyle it myself right before my photos. The salon blamed the weather and refused to help.
