Disappointing. We were excited to try this establishment as we had heard a lot of good things. We were seated quickly when we arrived and the view was pretty but that ended up being the best part of the experience. The service was incredibly slow which I understand when things are busy; however, it was not and many tables around us were also not receiving service. The food left everything to be desired. Got seated rather quickly. Party of two. Waited 20 minutes at our table before being asked what we wanted to drink and ordered an appetizer. Another group of about 6 got seated about 10 minutes after we did. With the same waiter. 20 minutes later they get their drinks and appetizers. We just got up and left.
We were sent buffalo shrimp that was ice cold and they brought us a new order. It was just as cold… we ordered side salads with our meal.. everything came out together. One of the dishes was the Wagyu burger with bacon. The bacon was raw.
