Worst customer service I've ever dealt with very rude and couldn't help at all
Our family has banked with Sugar River bank for almost it's entire life as a business. Until recently they have been acceptable. But lately issues have come up with lost mail (owed funds), having to show the bank where it's professional staff can't find unnecessary charges after a dedicated 8hrs working on one particular issue, and tellers who don't know what they are doing. It's your money, they do not care. Don't allow this business access to any of your finances.
