I’ve been taking my mom to Sugar Polish for several months, and she’s received from Luke and Vivian. Vivian has been the one who has seemed to be the one my mom “GELLED😉” with the most! Vivian has been patient and kind with some of my mother’s challenges. But EVERYONE from the front desk to the pedicure bowls have been a “TOP COAT😉” above!
Let me start by saying I never leave Google reviews or reviews in general. But my experience today was so egregious that I had to leave a review. I have been to this establishment a few times and I’ve had a mostly pleasant or at least uneventful experience. My pedicure today was horrible. The male tech was extremely rough and sarcastic, and kept burning my skin with the nail drill. He was also cutting my nails in a way that was so painful. Visiting from out of town and was very impressed with this salon; from the cleanliness, the staff and the service! Amy was so sweet and brought my Pinterest inspo to life! Will definitely return when I visit again.
Sugar Polish always provides great service, but Amy is beyond amazing!!! She takes her time, is very detailed oriented, and is super efficient. I love coming to see her smiling face and have great conversation while she works her magic. Please ask for Amy when you visit this location. She will always take great care of you! Thank you, Amy!
