I ordered a wedding ring with them last year and ordered it around a year in advance of the wedding. I wanted my pets ashes in them. They promised me a complete diamond ring with the ashes through out the ring. They came back and said the ring can’t be made 18 days before the wedding and they were going to get a ring without the ashes and get me a pendant instead. I don’t know where to even begin. Kate is fantastic. Whole heartily a wonderful person but an even better jeweler. She custom made my engagement ring and wedding band for my surprise wedding in Texas in 3 short months. My husband and her communicated back and forth down to the millimeter of how he wanted it to look and it is breathtaking! Fit perfectly. No flaws. Gorgeous work of art!
