I had issues with the owner, ***.I had my hair cut by her curly hair stylist 3 times and all were disappointing. The first cut was sub-par at best, the second was longer on one side and had to be recut and my third cut is the worst.When I presented her with photos of my last haircut, which the stylist managed to botch again, with an explanation I was done trying her salon, needed to get my hair cut somewhere else to fix it, and asked for a refund she told me I was "stretching the truth" and only offered me the "kind" solutio... read more
