I couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, communication was excellent. Every question was answered promptly, and the entire process was smooth and stress free. I really miss the good old days in Kanawha City. When items were fresh and delicious. I really really want to love this place but every time I’ve been here in the past year it’s been awful. Literally, everything I have gotten has been frozen and dried out. I usually don’t complain I just toss and move on even though the prices are pretty high. Today, I decided to give it one more shot. Prices are astronomical compared to quality. The cupcakes are dense and chewy and the sugar cookies are nothing but dry flour bombs. Highly do not reccomend. $14 for 3 cookies and a cupcake and they weren’t even edible.
Holy cow! This is the absolute best bakery ever! Crème horns!! And the staff are so amazing and friendly! I am from out state so when I go there it is a necessity to stop!!
The staff and food was lovely! We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a little cake tasting and the SPB team was very supportive of the idea.
