My wife and I were passing by and saw this little bakery and thought we'd stop in to grab a couple goodies. I took a quick glance at the reviews and ignored the few who were critical. Boy was I wrong. First off, I was excited when I noticed on the menu they had Superman ice cream. We live on the road and travel the country and I rarely find my favorite ice cream. I couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, communication was excellent. Every question was answered promptly, and the entire process was smooth and stress free. The delivery was right on time, exactly as promised, which made planning our event so much easier. The staff who delivered our order were incredibly friendly, and professional. And the cupcakes? I really miss the good old days in Kanawha City. When items were fresh and delicious. I really really want to love this place but every time I’ve been here in the past year it’s been awful. Literally, everything I have gotten has been frozen and dried out. I usually don’t complain I just toss and move on even though the prices are pretty high. Today, I decided to give it one more shot. Prices are astronomical compared to quality. The cupcakes are dense and chewy and the sugar cookies are nothing but dry flour bombs. Highly do not reccomend. $14 for 3 cookies and a cupcake and they weren’t even edible.
