I’ve been a customer at Sugar nails for almost a year and the service is very consistent. Rachel is awesome. She is fast, detail oriented, and always so nice. I also love that the salon offers builder gel.
This place has gone downhill. I’ve been going back to see if they’ve changed but the last 2 times I went for a pedicure they were rude, and they don’t give good service for the required package that you pick. They seem miserable working there so they don’t care to give a paying customer good service. At the end of my pedicure is when they speak nice to me and when I’m about to pay. Terrible service every time ever since they took new ownership. Just awful.
Rachel has been my nail tech for years. I would follow her wherever she went. She does amazing work. I never leave unhappy when I find a design I like and take in there. She always makes it look better than the picture. Whatever service you need you will not be disappointed if you use Sugar Nails
I have NEVER completed a review that was not worthy.. but the service was definitely less than! Been there a handful of times for pedis and wasn’t a terrible experience but.. went there yesterday for a pedi and dipping powder on my nails.. Terrible!!!! Not filed, thick, just all around an awful job. I did express that I was not happy with them and she huffed and puffed and was rough with my hands so I did pay and left. Please don’t waste your money or time with this place.
