Kudos to the staff of Sugar Mill Villas for helping to make our move here such an amazing experience. Our new home was ready and waiting for us. It was super clean and they made the move effortless. We were able to enjoy the Youngsville Mardi Gras parade from our patio which I might add was incredible. If you are searching for an apartment in Youngsville I highly recommend Sugar Mill Villas. Kiran, Jessica and Brianna are an amazing front office staff. If I could have given 10 stars you would have gotten them. 🤗
The place is beautiful. The staff were immediately welcoming and made me feel like a friend almost instantly. They answered every question almost immediately, and always had time to speak with me about any questions that I may have had. Jessica, who is the leasing coordinator should be considered an essential employee for Sugar Mill Villas. She is a pleasure to deal with and always has a smile on her face. She made the process really helpful for me.
Absolutely love my apartment and everything that comes with it! Also want to shout out Kiran the leasing agent. She was extremely helpful and welcoming !
