I was having a medical problem and first had to go through a CT scan. Made an appointment by going to the front desk because my Drs. office was close by so decided to just go and get an appt. I was met at the front by Julie who could not have been more friendly, understanding and professional. I was in a bit of a state because I was very worried about my medical situation and she really helped my mental stress by her attitude and helping me. Staff was very professional. Was in and out in 30 min. for an Xray of my entire spine.
i arrived mid morning, no other people in the office. gave my insurance information and it took approx. 1/2 hour for the receptionist to figure out how to enter the information. i was then taken back for xrays which went with out any more delay, i was told the results would be sent to my doctors with in 24 to 48 hours. as it was a thursday i figured late friday, but didnt call my doctors until monday at approx. 900 am they told me they had nothing, try back after 11am as alot of results come in then. i waited until 2 pm and ... read more
