My grandma's home sweet home .
By far, the best apartment complex I have ever moved into the staff is friendly, professional, and extremely considerate. The maintenance crew has the fastest response ever and the leasing office checks back to make sure everything is done OK or did they need to come back? I don’t know how to act I’ve never had that kind of respect and service in Evansville before I highly recommend this property.
The maintenance guys Mitch and Tim are real ones. My entire A/C unit/system broke down in 95+ degree weather, and they got a new unit installed, up and running within a day for me. Mitch was very helpful and transparent about the timing of things and his maintenance team’s schedule. This meant a lot to me.
