A horrible place for pets I have used this clinic several times over the past 8 years. I have had both of my dogs there. My Jack Russell was fixed there and got a horrible infection from his sutures. I had to pay for another visit for the antibiotic and found out that I was not given the correct care instructions for him. She will not cut their claws because they haven't been in for at least 3 months. Dr. Therese Wilson Rocks My 2 dogs have been going to Dr.Wilson for the past 11 years. She has been nothing but compassionate, professional, and caring to both my pets. Her staff has always been informative, helpful and very pleasant when conveying my concerns to her. I have recommended her to quite a few friends and all of us have never had a bad experience! Doc Wilson is the Best! Dr. Wilson was referred to me by another veterinarian after I moved to this area some time ago and I have never regretted my decision to place the health of my babies in her care. My two schnauzers are "family" and like other members of my family, their welfare come first. THE BEST We have 4 dogs that Dr. Wilson teats and we love her.Before she had her office here our dog was in the hospital and given a 10% chance of living, she talked with me on the phone and started seeing my dog right after that when she opened her office. 9 years later, I still have my dog and Dr. Wilson and her staff are always there when we need them.Thanks Dr. Wilsonyour the best
petty, rude and childish We had used this vet for about 8 years. We called in a prescription for one of our animals (pre determined, diagnosed condition) and the staff and vet required another office visit to what, rediagnose? Also, this vet just called me personally to tell me that if I wasn't going to use her vet services, I should find someplace else to get my dog groomed. Vet is petty, rude and staff are the same. Dr. Therese Wilson Doc Wilson is superior! She neutered numerous cats and dogs out at her Blue Sky Clinic in early January. Her compassionate care is extraordinary. I wrote the following poem for her as thanks. It, with a picture of her caring hands holding a cat, is on display at West-End Library, Industry, Texas.
Be careful bringing your pets here We have been bringing our cats here for four years and until recently were satisfied but never liked the feeling that we were rushed through our visits. The office staff has a new addition who is rude, doesn't listen, and passes on misinformation to the office doctor- Dr. Therese Wilson. Unfortunately, the doctor is ignoring the facts.
