I had an appointment today at 8am but no one was there. Had clear communication the weekend before booking the appointment and then I did not hear anything after that except that my appointment had been accepted the day before. I contacted the tech the night before with no response I showed up to my appointment the next day and waited 20 minutes outside, I tried calling three times and left two messages but was never serviced.
