I happened upon this site when scrolling through FB last week. It was a video of new arrivals and I fell in love with the robin top! I went to the site to see the price and was so excited when a coupon popped up. It was definitely an impulse buy, I usually don't buy anything that isn't on clearance, but it was so worth it! I love this top and can't wait to wear it for my anniversary trip to North Carolina! I think I could buy everything in this boutique!
I bought 80 dollars worth of items including a pair of earrings. I got in the car and put them on and I noticed the backing was loose but kept them in. I literally had them on 10 minutes and I lost one earring. They refused to let me exchange for another pair! They said,”sorry.” They didn’t consider them defective. I wasted $25! Will NEVER go back... they don’t back their product. Strictly in it for the money!!

if they are unable to work with someone exchanging or returning they are soon to be replaced with many other boutiques. I worked retail 25+ yrs. There's always a way. Years ago the retail philosophy was a happy customer told 3 people, an unhappy one told 10. Good luck and work on educating your staff with manners
